Here we present an the weapon, armor, equipment, and implant progression of Babaoroody a Froob Enforcer in Anarchy Online that stretches from day one on the Mainland to Baba’s current title 4 set up. Keep in mind that Baba is our first character in Anarchy Online, so his progression is by no means one to follow as an outstanding example.
Baba hit the main land at around level 12, a true Enforcer, he some how manages to find a back item of sorts while running all the typical Clan starter quests on the mainland. He is already finding loot items that are better than his Shuttle Island starter set.
Baba hits title 2, starts collecting enough tokens for his first token board, and discovers buffing rings. He tries the Temple of Three Winds, gets wiped often, and decides to get his next token board before returning.
Baba hits title 3, moves up a board, and starts visiting the Temple of the Three Winds where he picks up his first spiffy shoulder items.
Further leveling at TOTW and Baba gets his first decent weapon, the Frost Scythe of the Legionnaire, at TOTW, along with the de-rigor Exarch robe back item.
About the time Baba is nearing level 67, he joins a guild Angels of the Night, and a guild-mate makes him his first set of decent armor, a full set of carbonum.
Still working at TOTW, better rings, more memory, and though not shown, a guild mate loans Baba 5 mil so Baba can buy one of the least expensive Yalmahas. This opens up the whole of Ruby-Ka to Baba.
Baba got to meet many people on pick up teams at TOTW, concentrating now on the major drops, the Guardians Circuit Board falls into Baba’s hands.
Baba must have helped pickup teams drop Aztur many, many times when he eventually got to loot his first Uber weapon, the Styg. (at least for a few levels).
August 2007 Baba moves up to QL 75 implants and starts to visit Foreman’s where the loot is very rewarding.
Working Foreman’s is becoming profitable enough to afford a move up to QL 90 implants soon.
Now somewhere between level 70-90, Baba having given up on the Guardians Tank Armor at TOTW, gets a much niftier back item at Foreman’s the Assault Class Tank Armor.
Baba moves up to his first real tank armor, and moves the Assault Class Tank armor to his inventory where he can still call on the Assault Screen in emergencies. Baba also juices up his NCU capacity, to hold all those nice team buffs at Mort crater and PW Borgs.
Somewhere between 70-90, and still working Foreman’s, but starting to hit Mort Borgs, that Styg is not hitting quite so hard now, so Baba spends some of his Foreman’s income on a Panther, a new QL 111 set of carb and some 120ish implants. Guild help was needed to help Baba equip the Panther.
Leveling out of Foreman’s its time to hit Borgs at Mort Crater and Perpetual Wastelands. Notice the Miy’s armor drops from Borgs is starting to supplant his Carb.
Mixing token missions with PW Borgs nets him his Double Sun token board and better Miy’s armor. Note the 7th anniversary promotional gizmo.
Still kiting PW Borg solo, some 140 Carb will help Baba survive those times he stops too long. This was just a ‘what if’ set up he put together based on what the level of Carb he could equip then without buffs. He decided not to pursue the carb, since at the rate he was going, his Borg Miy’s drops, will eventually replace all of his 111 Carb.
Baba ups his implants again to 130-150ish mainly to help him survive Borg encounters.
Outgrowing his medium tank armor, Baba finds a great buy from another Froob in a spiffy looking red Albretch Tank Armor back piece.
Run-speed helps if kiting Borg that are much higher than Baba, so he sometimes swaps in his Ring of Haste over a Notum Ring of Three.
For missions, he swaps back to the Notum Ring when he needs more damage and AC. The Ring of Haste dropped off an Entwined soldier, in a mission.
